Problem
How does an emerging brand stand out in the crowded alcohol cocktails market, where all beverages taste relatively the same? Sana needs a unique visual identity that drives brand recognition and competes with established brands like WhiteClaw.
Solution
To stand out in the saturated market and represent Sana's values, I combined the fruit-based flavors with a recognizable brand mascot to project both fun and self-awareness, appealing to a health-conscious yet socially active audience.

Research
Sana is geared towards young adults indulged in active social life including parties, picnics, and festivals, but who are also health-conscious and prefer products that reflect their lifestyle.
Research of established brands like White Claw and JuneShine, which typically adopt minimalistic designs, highlighted an opportunity for Sana to differentiate itself through a unique visual design.
I also explored niche brands for more inspiration to find a unique space for Sana in the market.
Visual Identity
Inspired by Takashi Murakami's work, I developed Sana’s mascot – a flower that symbolizes relaxation, happiness, and fitness. This character becomes the central element of the brand, encapsulating both the fun image and organic ethos of the product.
